Cancelled before processing: No
cost to you.
Cancelled after processing begins (custom items): Varies according
to stage of processing. Obviously, we cannot refund your money on a custom
or special order item after it's shipped simply because you change your
mind. However, we will work with you to insure your satisfaction.
Restock fee on line manufactured items: 15% of the total order.
Size & Measurements Errors: You know how it works, our fault,
we replace it--no problem. Your fault... Well. We hope you'll take advantage
of our excellent technical support so that doesn't happen. |
